1. Acceptance of Terms

By using CakeMela (the "Website"), ordering cakes, or logging in via our WhatsApp verification service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Perishable Bakery Products

All cakes and bakery treats sold on CakeMela are freshly prepared by our chefs in Ranchi using premium food-grade ingredients. Because our products are perishable, actual designs, cake toppings, and edible decorations may vary slightly from catalog photos.

3. Delivery Timelines & Map Pin Accuracy

We deliver across Ranchi within designated serviceable pincodes (834001 through 834010). Customers are responsible for setting an accurate location pin and providing a valid WhatsApp mobile number to ensure smooth dispatch.

4. Pricing & Payments

All cake prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of taxes where specified. Payments can be completed online or via Cash on Delivery (COD) subject to confirmation.

5. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
